Travel Insurance Waiver form

I understand that travel insurance has been offered to me by Prestige Journeys and strongly recommended for my Ghana 2026 trip. I have elected to decline the purchase of travel insurance at this time. I acknowledge that by declining coverage, I am fully responsible for any costs and losses incurred due to trip cancellation, trip interruption, delays, medical expenses, lost baggage, or other unforeseen events.

I release Prestige Journeys, Inteletravel, its agents, and suppliers from any liability related to my decision to decline travel insurance.

I further understand that deposits are non-refundable, and any eligible refunds will only be returned via the original method of payment.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, and accept full responsibility for my decision.
